The whole consulting process is simplified so that you can easily envision the entire layout and plan for it.

We Want To Be Your Listening Ear!
I want to know everything about your company: how you started it; what kind of challenges you have; awards and milestones achieved; your people, cultures, and most importantly, the future vision.
In short, I want to know your past, present and future.
With that, I will use my expertise in interior design to suggest design ideas and concepts so that you can express your company’s culture, branding, and values within the space that you have.
If you have multiple retail shops, offices or even franchises, we can extend this vision over many locations.
When we are at stage one, the sky’s the limit.

And I will meet you for the second time with my team of top interior designers.
At stage two, most of my clients are usually very excited; some of them couldn’t even sleep the night before.
You can see the entire design come to life in front of you. Me and my team of interior designers, will give you a full design presentation based our meeting at stage one.
You can expect to see the following…

- Material Sample Board
Be prepared to be WOWED by our visual and tactile presentation, where you can see the 3D drawings, and feel actual material samples, and we might even step out of your office to show you exactly where each spaces will be.
It is an experience that I personally love as I get to see clients’ happy expressions and I have listened well to what your hearts want.
Should there be any minor changes, which is very normal, I will finalize these with you, and it might take a couple more meetings to do this.

Detailed File To YOU…
Each interior design consulting project we take on is handled with love and care.
During stage three, you will fully appreciate why we are always highly recommended by our existing clients to their business partners and friends.
Here, we will create an Interior Design File containing:
- Finalized Detailed Floor Plans
- Three Dimensional Computer Generated Drawing
- Ceiling Plan
- Electrical Wiring Plan
- Water Plumbing Plan, if needed
- Air conditioning Plan
- Lighting Plan
- Furniture Plan
- Color Plan, from the ceiling to the floor
- Working Drawing (for contractor use)
- Material Design Board
- And many others…
Above are just some of the major items in your file, many minor detailed items will also be included depending what type of interior design space you require.
Most importantly, every single item will have the following details:
- Item Name
- Item Serial Number
- Item Color Code
- The Company where item will be purchased
- Address of company
- The person-in-charge at the company
Everything, from big items like chairs and tables, to small items such as light bulbs and screws,will be listed in the design file and given to you.
Then you can easily hand this entire file to any contractor you want to award the project to, and the contractor will able to start work immediately accordingly to the specifications and details in the file.
At the same time, you know about each item in detail, so you can be sure your contractor is using the item we have agreed on.
The amount of time we invest in creating your interior design detail file will save you hours upon hours of precious time which you can then invest in growing your business.
